Home Essentials acquired the production capacity of an existing factory that was sitting nearly idle. The presence of this factory was a key driver for our decision to set up operations in the small town of Kremenets.

Home Essentials now employs about 20 people at our mattress factory in Kremenets. Mostly women, these artisans bring extensive skills and knowledge to the operations. In the near term, we are planning to double the team to more than 40 workers. Throughout 2024, we are aiming to employ 100 full-time staff in Ukraine.

Many smaller suppliers in the Ternopil Oblast provide everything that’s needed for producing the Rest Assured mattresses. Foam, quilting, springs, machinery… everything is sourced within a few hundred kilometers radius and assembled by our workers in Kremenets.
